Costs: Rooms, B&B rate:

2 x double - £75 per night per room
1 x family - (3 adults or 2 adults and 3 children under 15) £150
1 x twin (2 people) - £75 per night

We have been offered the option of the use of the bathroom facility of one room without using the bed, so showering, washing, shaving etc for £65 per night

For campers to use the bathroom of any of the rented rooms a surcharge of £2 per head must be paid

All rooms are ensuite with full size bath

Costs: Camping:

£5 per tent per night

Facilities:

Main toilets etc in the pub
Toilets and wash basins with cold water for overnight use only

Garden:

River at the bottom
Childrens play area with climbing thing and swings
Area for a bonfire if we want to
A BBQ is available if we want to take food and use it (must clean it before we leave)

Ignore the prices given on the web site, they go up in March
He is open to negotiation over prices if all the rooms are taken by the club and there will be a reduction if breakfast is not taken

Program, subject to enthusiasm/availability:

Friday afternoon/evening: get together with camping or hotel rooms for those that don't. Group curry/Eat, Drink and Be merry - YOU WILL ENJOY YOURSELVES!!!!

Saturday morning: recover, fettle a roof or two, wait for anyone who is coming but couldn't make it the night before

Saturday afternoon: prepare to follow some idiot that thinks they know where they're going and shoot off for a couple of hours or so scenic driving or vist the Vintage Nostalgia Show (spectators only)

Saturday evening: spend time at the Vintage Nostalgia Show or just eat and drink or whatever suits

Sunday: disperse

Or any part of it
